Star of Light Starburst Tutorial

Welcome Back

I had many requests for instructions on how to make the starburst effect for my Christmas Spirit card.

When I made Christmas Spirit it was all trials & errors. Loads of time taken up with mistakes, as is the way when you are trying something new.

I didn't write instructions for the card with my first blog because of all my mistakes, I simply ran out of time.

So I decided to try a video tutorial.
I had a spare day yesterday to fiddle around,as my middle child was home ill.

  4. CONGRATULATIONS KIM, on your 1st Tutorial. You did a remarkable job. You should be so proud of yourself. You didn't faff on like Soooooo many others do lol. Your instructions were great, and you were talking as if we were in the room with you. I will you did this, I could have quite easily made the card alongside with you.
The card, is totally awesome, I actually thought you had made a template with the Starburst Framelits Die. Boy was I so wrong, I don't have this die, that's why I went and added it to my order to go in next week hahaha.
Well Done once again, WoW another Crazy Crafter doing Tutorials, WooHoo :)

    1. Thank you Christine, I don't have the starburst die either Christine and I think the pattern would be too big for my design. But it's a ll about experimenting. So let me know how the starburst die works.

  7. Just one query with the video...why did you use the ink from the lid and not from the pad itself? Sorry if this is a lame question but I would love to know as I am not that great at using the inks. Many thanks.
